The Process
How Certification Works
Getting certified with Remedy Health & Wellness is simple and confidential. Schedule a consultation with one of our providers, who will review your medical history and diagnosis. If you qualify under Arkansas's approved medical conditions, we'll provide the official physician certification you need to apply for your Arkansas Medical Marijuana Card through the state.
Do You Qualify?
Legal Age
Be 18 years or older (minors may qualify with a parent/guardian serving as caregiver)
Medical Diagnosis
Be diagnosed with one of Arkansas's approved qualifying medical conditions
Arkansas Residency
Be an Arkansas resident with valid proof of residency and obtain written certification from a physician
